Jilalabelle.com is a website which offers adult apparel hand-picked by its owner, Jila.  Jilalabelle.com is not intended for users under the age of 13, and Jilalabelle.com does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from users under the age of 13. Such users are expressly prohibited from submitting their personally identifiable information to us, and from using portions of the Site for which registration is required.

Changes to this Agreement.

Jila La Belle LLC. may add to, change or remove any part, term or condition of this Agreement, at any time without prior notice to you.  We will notify you of changes to this Agreement by changing the “Last Revised” date above.   It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes.

All pages within this Site and any material made available for download are the property of Jila La Belle LLC. dba “Jila La Belle” (“Company”). Disclaimer of Warranties.

The Site is provided “as is.”  Jilalabelle.com hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, express and implied, including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy, reliability, title, merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose. Jilalabelle.com does not represent or warrant that access to the Site will be uninterrupted or that there will be no failures, errors or omissions or loss of transmitted information, or that no viruses will be transmitted through the Site. 

Limitation of Liability. 

Jilalabelle.com and shall not be labile to you or any third parties for any indirect, special or consequential damages allegedly sustained by you or any other party arising out of your use of (or inability to access) the Site, including for viruses alleged to have been obtained from the Site, your use of any of the information or materials made available on the Site, regardless of the type or claim or the nature of the cause of action, even if Jilalabelle.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Venue and Jurisdiction.

This Agreement, for all purposes, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Site must be filed within one (1) year after the initial occurrence that gives rise to such claim or the claim will be barred. If any provision of this Agreement or portion thereof is declared invalid for any reason, the invalid provision or portion thereof will be deemed omitted and the remaining terms will be given full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

Accuracy of Information.

Jilalabelle.com makes every attempt to ensure the integrity and accurateness of the Site. However, Jilalabelle.com makes no representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever as to the correctness or accuracy of the Site and Content thereon. It is possible that Jilalabelle.com could have inaccuracies and errors. In the event that an inaccuracy arises, please inform us so that it can be corrected.  In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product / service listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit or debit card account in the amount of the incorrect price within 72 hours of cancelation.

Product Color.

Jilalabelle.com makes significant efforts to accurately display the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Order Acceptance. 

Jilalabelle.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at our sole discretion. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.  You will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account) in the amount of the charged within 72 ours of cancelation.

Payments. 

Jilalabelle.com allows you to purchase products and/or services on the Site. We accept credit and debit cards issued by U.S. banks and. If a credit card account is being used for a transaction, Company may obtain preapproval for an amount up to the amount of the payment. If you enroll to make recurring payments automatically, all charges and fees will be billed to the credit card you designate during the setup process.

You represent and warrant that if you are making online payments that (1) any credit card, debit card and bank account information you supply is true, correct and complete, (2) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit/debit card company or bank, (3) you will pay the charges incurred by you in the amounts posted, including any applicable taxes, and (4) you are the person in whose name the card was issued and you are authorized to make a purchase or other transaction with the relevant credit card or debit card, and card information.
